At Elowy Boutique, we strive to keep our customers happy. If you wish to return an item, please review the policy below.
Conditions for Returns

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any international postage and customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on is allowed; wearing the item is not.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Notify us by email at info@elowyboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

We will provide the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once the return is received at the designated return address and the item’s condition is approved, we will issue a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
